Franklin "Frank" Hall ’61 (Democrat), an attorney in Midlothian, Va., was re-elected to the Virginia House of Delegates. He is 3rd in seniority having served the Virginia 69th District: County of Chesterfield (part) and Cit y of Richmond (part) since 1976.
Julius Sigler '62, Lynchburg College vice president and dean for academic affairs, was re-elected as a director of the Soil and Water Conservation Robert E. Lee District in the Lynchburg area.
Steve Newman '91 (Republican), S.D.N. Company (public relations), was re-elected to the Virginia State Senate. He has been a member of the senate since 1996.
